Ripple IT handles all of our IT infrastructure, including desktop support, user support, onboarding new employees, acquiring new hardware, and so on. They take care of any project associated with IT support, such as changing email addresses, installing software, and managing our network. 

Results & Feedback

Ripple IT is always responsive. The projects always get done on time and with high quality. Overall, we have nothing bad to say about them.

We have a single point of contact to reach out to them. If we have a standard issue, like a new employee, or a desktop issue with a specific employee, we coordinate it through a central person in our organization. We open a new ticket and communicate with Ripple IT to manage the process.
