Are your hotspots only in Atlanta?

Currently our hotspots are mainly in Atlanta because that’s where we live, but we have the infrastructure in place to put them anywhere in the world. Of course shipping charges may be higher to Asia, Europe, and the subcontinent. Also, check your local regulations if you live in a Communist country or are under a theocratic dictatorship, as some places have restrictions on the free flow of information.

I'm having trouble sending email from a hotspot. What can I do?

The internet service provider (ISP) at most hotspots restricts outgoing email to only their servers. So if, for example, you're at a hotspot that uses Bellsouth and you don't have a Bellsouth email account you won't be able to send. You may find some relief by using JiWire's SpotLock service.
